For Collectors
How prints ship
Every piece is printed to order by our print studio on archival stock, then packed and shipped from the production facility nearest you. Nothing sits in a warehouse — your print is made the week you collect it.
Production
Canvas and posters: 2–5 business days. Apparel and hats: 3–6 business days. You get an email the moment your order enters production and again when it ships.
Delivery
Shipping is quoted at checkout for your address — typically 3–8 business days in the US and Europe, longer elsewhere. Tracking arrives by email.
Materials
Gallery-wrapped canvas on solid stretcher bars, museum-grade poster stock, ring-spun cotton apparel and structured dad hats with stitched embroidery.
Problems
Damaged in transit or misprinted? Send a photo within 30 days and we reprint it, no questions asked. Made-to-order pieces can’t otherwise be returned.
Editions & Provenance
Numbered, not nameless
Artists set the edition size for each print. Your order records the edition number, the artist, the exact size and finish, and the date it was made — so a Mind Matter print carries its provenance with it. The artist keeps 85% of the profit on every piece sold; the other 15% keeps the lights on here.
